By booking services, renting a dumpster, or accepting a quote from us, you (the "Customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide junk hauling and 14-yard dumpster rentals for light-to-medium household junk only. These terms protect both you and us for a fair, safe experience.1. Services Provided

  • We offer 14-yard dumpster rentals (delivery, 7-day rental, pickup) and full-service junk hauling (we load and remove your items).

  • Accepted materials: Household junk, furniture, appliances (freon removal extra), electronics, boxes, general trash, light yard waste (brush, leaves, branches — no soil/dirt).

  • Strict limits: No heavy debris (dirt, concrete, brick, asphalt, rocks, etc.), hazardous waste, liquids, tires, batteries, paint, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, or anything illegal/unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse or reject loads containing prohibited items.

  • Dumpster maximum weight: 3 tons total (most household jobs stay well under). We may inspect or weigh loads to confirm compliance.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are as listed on our website or quoted (e.g., $429 base for 14-yard dumpster including up to 3 tons; junk hauling by volume).

  • Payment: Full base payment due before or upon delivery/service (cash, check, credit card). Any extras (e.g., additional days, freon fees) charged upon pickup or invoiced.

  • Late payments: Overdue balances may incur a $25 late fee + 1.5% monthly interest. Returned checks: You pay any bank fees.

  • Quotes are estimates; final price based on actual volume/weight (we'll discuss any potential extras upfront via photos or onsite).

3. Rental Period & Extensions

  • Standard rental: 7 days (delivery day counts as day 1).

  • Extra days: $20 per day (notify us in advance if possible).

  • Maximum rental: 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

  • If the dumpster isn't ready/accessible for pickup on scheduled date, additional daily fees apply until resolved.

4. Delivery, Placement & Pickup

  • You must provide safe, flat, accessible placement spot (e.g., driveway) with clear access (at least 60 ft straight path, no low wires/trees).

  • You prepare the site (protect soft ground, asphalt, etc., with boards if needed — we may use planks but aren't responsible for surface marks/impressions).

  • We aren't liable for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or property during delivery/pickup (common with heavy equipment).

  • Dry-run/no-access fee: $75–$150 if we can't deliver/pick up due to access issues (e.g., blocked path, unsafe ground).

  • Overfilled dumpster: Load must not exceed top/sides (illegal to haul). If overloaded, we may refuse pickup, charge reconfiguration fees ($100+), or apply extra charges — excess stays on your property.

5. Customer Responsibilities & Liability

  • You ensure all items are allowed and within weight limits.

  • You are responsible for any prohibited items placed in the dumpster (even by others) — may result in refusal, return of load (at your cost), fines, or extra disposal fees.

  • You hold us harmless for any damage, injury, or loss related to dumpster use/placement (except our direct negligence).

  • We aren't liable for lost/stolen items from the dumpster while on your property.

  • Damage to our equipment (beyond normal wear): You pay repair/replacement costs.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations before delivery: Possible $50 fee (covers scheduling/admin).

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full base fee may apply.

  • We may cancel/reschedule if unsafe conditions, weather, or non-compliance.

7. General

  • We aim for eco-friendly disposal (donate/recycle where possible).

  • Services limited to east Pittsburgh suburbs (Monroeville, Penn Hills, etc.) — confirm your area when booking.

  • These terms may update; continued use means acceptance.

  • Disputes: Governed by Pennsylvania law; resolved in Allegheny County courts if needed.
