1. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the east suburbs of Pittsburgh, including Monroeville, Penn Hills, Wilkins Township, Turtle Creek, North Versailles, Plum, Murrysville, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're unsure about your exact location, text us your address for confirmation.
2. What size dumpster do you offer?
We specialize in 14-yard dumpsters — the perfect "Goldilocks" size for most residential jobs. It holds about 5–6 pickup truck loads and fits easily in most driveways without street permits (in most cases—check your township rules).
3. How much does a 14-yard dumpster rental cost?
Our base rate is $429, which includes delivery, pickup, and a 7-day rental with up to 3 tons max weight. Most household cleanouts stay well under the limit. Extra days are $20/day. No hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay (unless extras like freon removal apply).
4. What can I put in the dumpster or have hauled away?
We accept light-to-medium household junk only, such as:
Furniture, mattresses, appliances (freon removal extra)
Electronics, boxes, clothing, general trash
Light yard waste (brush, leaves, branches—no soil/dirt)
We do NOT accept: Heavy debris (dirt, concrete, brick, asphalt, rocks), hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, batteries, asbestos, tires, propane tanks), liquids, medical waste, or anything illegal/unsafe. This keeps loads safe for our trucks (max 3 tons) and compliant with local rules.
5. What if my load exceeds 3 tons or includes prohibited items?
We'll discuss potential weight issues upfront (via photos or onsite). If a load goes over 3 tons or has prohibited items, we may refuse pickup, require removal of excess (at your cost), or charge extras. Better to check with us first—we'll help you avoid surprises!
6. How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rental is 7 days (delivery day counts as day 1). Need more time? Just let us know—extensions are $20 per extra day (up to 14 days max unless arranged).
7. Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not always! As long as the spot is clear and accessible, we can drop off or pick up without you there. Provide good instructions (e.g., "back of driveway, left side") when booking. We'll text you arrival updates.
8. Will I need a permit for the dumpster?
Usually no for private driveway placement in east suburbs. However, some townships (like Monroeville or Penn Hills) may require one for street placement or if it blocks sidewalks. Check with your local municipality—we can advise or help with the process if needed (small admin fee may apply).
9. How do junk hauling prices work?
We price by volume (how much space your junk takes in our truck)—no hourly surprises.
Minimum/small load: $99–$179
Medium (garage/basement): $249–$399
Large/full: $499–$699
We give free estimates via text photos or onsite. Pay on completion for hauling jobs.
10. What if I'm still deciding or need extra time onsite?
We understand cleanouts can be emotional or overwhelming, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. However, to respect everyone's schedule (including other customers waiting for service), we ask that you be reasonably prepared when we arrive—have items ready to load or a clear plan for what goes in the dumpster. Excessive delays, repeated changes of mind, or extended onsite decision-making may result in additional charges (e.g., $50–$100 for extra time/waiting) or we may need to reschedule. We're here to help, but we also keep things efficient so we can serve more neighbors!
11. How eco-friendly are you?
We donate usable items (furniture, appliances in good condition) to local charities and recycle what we can (metal, cardboard, etc.). Less to landfill = better for Pittsburgh!
12. How do I get a quote or book?
